Cookie usage policy

Effective October 2, 2026

CAIObarn uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate the service. A cookie is a small piece of data saved by your browser; local storage is another way to remember information on your device. This policy is adapted from the VerbatimIQ policy to describe CAIObarn’s current use.

1. Essential login and security storage

Authentication tokens and session information are kept in browser storage so you can sign in and stay signed in. Security and hosting providers may also use necessary cookies to protect the service. Blocking these may prevent sign-in or other essential functions.

2. Interface preferences

We remember your selected workspace and sidebar layout in local storage, and the sidebar may set a preference cookie. These help preserve your settings across visits. You can clear them through your browser settings; they will be recreated when you use those features again.

3. Checkout

When you open a paid-plan checkout or payment portal, Paddle may set cookies or use device identifiers for payment, fraud prevention, and transaction security. Paddle manages these technologies under its own privacy policy.

4. Analytics and advertising

We do not currently set optional advertising or analytics cookies in CAIObarn, so there is no separate cookie-consent control to change. If we add optional tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law before enabling it. Browser Global Privacy Control signals will be respected where applicable.

5. Your choices

You can inspect, clear, or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or reset preferences. To learn more about personal data and your rights, read our privacy policy.

6. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our service or providers change. Questions? Email crewchief@vibecohort.com.
